*YAHWEH
(N. Ripley 2023) 16NR089A (Dancing Away With My Heart X Trials of Job). Tetraploid. Height 52”, flower 10”, 4-5 way branching, 18-22 buds, semi-evergreen, light fragrance. This flower’s color is very striking no matter what time of day you see it open. I have taken more pictures of Yahweh than of any other flower in my garden to date. It was to get stats, checking the branching and flower size. This plant amazes me. The branch spaced buds are so perfect for letting the huge flowers open. The flowers open at different times on the scape so the huge flowers were not crowded. The deep garnet red colored flowers all have room to open down the straight scapes. Consistent instant rebloomer in my garden but not all scapes. In bloom starting in July and ending first week in September in my garden. Yahweh does not have a bad hair day. Self-color of garnet, gold throat to light green center and covered in diamond dusting. Thin ribbon of white edge on ruffling petals and sepals. The flowers may take on a different look from time to time which I love. Easily fertile both ways and one of my best flowers. Double fan, $225.00. SOLD OUT!

The first time I saw my flower go curly, it made me think of Bet Midler in Hocus Pocus.

*WALKING IN THE SPIRIT
(Mary Frank Gaskins-N. Ripley 2023) A-58 (Voodoo Magic x Dove in Flight). Tetraploid. This is a very clean and well put together flower hybridized by my good friend Mary Frank Gaskins. Flower size 5.5”- 6”, height 31”, 3-way branching, 15+ buds, early, reblooms most years but not every fan, semi-evergreen but acts like dormant. Smooth cream white covered in diamond dusting, deep purple eye and large purple ruffed triple edge, bright green throat. Very finished flower that opens well and looks good morning to night. Easy parent in my garden.
Mary Frank felt this was her best in this color combination, and it is a personal favorite of mine as well. I have futures by “Walking in the Spirit” and more to come. The first three pictures were taken by Mary Frank in her garden. The others were taken in my garden. Double fan, $175.00. LIMITED!

GUIDED BY LOVE
(N. Ripley 2023) 16NR335B (Sister of Mine X Seedling). Diploid. Height 35", flower 7", semi-evergreen, very hardy in my garden, 3-way branching, 12-14 blooms, strong scapes. It will rebloom if enough water but not consistent. Midseason bloomer and blooms a long time in my garden. Large, elegant pastel pink diamond dusted flower with yellow to green throat, raised white midrib, with darker pink lines on both sides of midrib, gathered ruffles. Interesting coloration on the sepals: raised light yellow center moving out to darker pink stripes, then a flared light pink edge. Nice spacing between flowers on the scape. Light fragrance. I have been enamored with this flower since its first season of bloom. It never disappoints garden guests. Fertile both ways. Double fan, $100.00. LIMITED!
